At a quarter to midnight, on the unseasonally warm night of Saturday 1 October, four intrepid Viking employees – Caitlin, Chloe, Darren and Rikke – set off on the London Shine Moonwalk to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Striding out ahead of the girls, Darren walked the 13.1 miles in an impressive 3 hours, 13 minutes and 5 seconds (and he has the blisters to prove it!) placing him in the top 100 entrants.

Caitlin, Chloe and Rikke completed the distance in a very respectable 4 hours, 58 minutes and 7 seconds. Between them they raised a massive £845.66. Congratulations from everyone at Viking – what an achievement!
