Passports

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all other persons included in the booking satisfy all passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificate requirements. We do not accept responsibility for any refusal of travel or entry to any destinations or for any liabilities, losses, delays or expenses incurred through any irregularity in such documentation. If you have any questions about documentation and insurance requirements, you must raise them with Viking or your Travel Agent well in advance of your travel date. In the event we are asked to reissue tickets that have been lost, destroyed or stolen, and we have agreed to do so, you will be responsible for any charges incurred as a result.

We recommend you make copies of your passport photo page, visas, credit cards, driver’s license and any prescriptions, and keep these separate from your originals in case of loss or theft.

If guests who have booked their flights with Viking do not have all the necessary travel documents for the countries they are visiting or passing through, many airlines impose fines on Viking. Please note that should this situation arise, you will be responsible for reimbursing Viking for all fines, costs, surcharges, financial penalties and other sums of any description.

Visas

UK Citizens:

When traveling abroad, your passport must be valid for at least six months following your visit, with at least two blank pages available for stamps. If you are a UK citizen, double-entry visas for Vietnam and a single-entry visa for Cambodia are required for this itinerary; e-visas will not be accepted for either country. Please make sure that the visas stamped in your passport are valid for the dates that you are traveling. Non-UK citizens, please check with your consulate for visa information.

Note: For travel to and within Vietnam, it is very important that the full name on your air booking matches your passport exactly. Failure to provide this accurate information may result in one or more of the following: paying additional fees, cancellation of flights, airport delays, denied online check-in, boarding or travel.
